History does tend to repeat itself, not through fait, but through human ignorance. Issues such as greed, pride, arrogance can cause others to commit evil acts. This is obvious to anyone who has studied world history. However, an issue like a possible repeating 9.11 can repeat itself due to a Karma effect. Because America raged war on one country, war can be raged onto it. It's a cruel fact of life.
