Here's an update from vegantomato at imdb regarding the MV sighting...
I know, I so want to talk to him. My mistake was that I wasn't being subtle enough. Instead, I was too excited and screaming my head off like a freaky fan. I think that was why his snobby friend practically shoved him into the car like I, and the girls and guys outside of the restaurant were going to attack him. Though one girl did yelled aloud, "MARRY ME MIKE!" (Michael did quickly turned and smiled at us though). **sigh**

He's tall for sure. Like I said, I'm 5'9 and he must be at least 6'1. He's so much better looking in person! Yessss...he has AMAZING SKIN TONE ---BEAUTIFUL FACE! I'm more crazy about him now that I've met him in person.

He's quite thin and smaller built. A lot smaller than on screen. Long and lean... I've seen Chris Martin of ColdPlay in concert, and Mike is about Chris' size if not smaller, but also a lot taller.

And yessss...he looks younger in person. He has certain expressions about him as he was talking to his friend that are quite boyish :P

Too bad I was at the wrong place last Saturday. I went to the Cabana Club with a group of friends and I wish I could have said, "Guess who I saw....?" :P (tip for getting into CC without falling in line outside with a LOT of people, have dinner at Sterling Steakhouse next door, they'll sign a free instant pass to the club since they're both owned by the same group) Even if MV was there, the whole VIP section of that place is closed off with a bouncer standing guard at the door.

ETA: I think someone else over here is thrilled with the CM reference. :whistle:

Where is the VIP section? When I went to the Cabana Club the whole place was wide open and the celebs were just dancing outside with everyone else.

HAHAHAHAHA, yes, that person is me that is thrilled of the Chris Martin reference. I'm not the only crazy person that kinda correlates those two guys. :lol:

His friends call him Mike, does anyone else think that's cute or is it just me? :P
 
So I guess MV and Chris Martin look more alike than we ever thought if there are people outside of this board who say the same thing. :lol: I always thought they had the same built, but of course no one is as good looking as MV :P I can't imagine how much smaller MV can be. Sometimes he looks really thin to me, so if he's even thinner in person then he must be very skinny. :lol:

I think MV is "Mike" to his friends. That's what Bradley Cooper calls him. ;) (OT: I haven't seen Failure to Launch because I had problems with my car over the weekend. :( My friend was with me, and she said that she was glad that wasn't an MV movie because I would have insisted on walking to the movie theater if that was MV's movie. :lol: ).

I just assumed it was the VIP section. :thinking: It's the area to the left hallway (by the coat check & restrooms) where it forks into 2 rooms. There's the one room with the big bar and the hard wood dance floor. There was another room on the other side that was closed off to the general public. Maybe someone was having a private party or something. Maybe MV was in there... :P :lol:

:lol: Funny thing about the MV sighting was the "amazing skin tone." Poor MV, if only he knew what people notice post about him...hair, eyes, ears, lips, hands, biceps, back, feet :smiley:P). What other body parts haven't we noticed/discussed? :lol:

You guys should save up for a plane ticket to L.A. and go to one of the celeb hockey games. That's one sure way of seeing how pretty MV is. ;)

ETA: Aww, Jill, I believe your friend. Why am I not surprised? :P

You know, he's not that skinny. I think really the perfect term for him is lean. And height's all relative. I'm short so I thought he looked average. Doesn't the tv screen sort of add height and weight to actors/actresses?
 
:lol: I personally love hearing the MV/CM references. My cousin thinks they're the same guy sometimes.... but that's pretty much when he's drunk. :P He's outside of the board and I never mentioned it to him, but I don't know if he's a reliable source. :angelic:

I only noticed MV looking smaller than I thought during his CPS game with Matthew Perry. Cause Matthew Perry isn't that big and MV looked obviously shorter than him. MV is pretty lean though. I would say that comparing him to Chris Martin's built is accurate. ;) But I'm biased cause I want it to be accurate. :lol:

It's ok Jill, you're not missing out a whole lot on FTL. You get to see BC get all fired up in a paintball game. That was hot. That was my favorite part of the movie BC wise. :blush: I don't know if that makes any sense. :P

ETA: I agree Jill!!!! I don't like guys all muscular either. I like em' lean and a little cut. I have a random thought I'm just gonna spill out, lol. That's why I like hockey players so much cause they're all tough and manly, but they're not all muscular and huge like football players. So with hockey players, you get like the perfect amount of manliess with athletes that aren't overly muscular. :lol: Why am I talking about this? I don't know.
 
Whenever I read any posts like that were people say they saw MV at some L.A. place, I always feel like I want to move to L.A. :lol: I'm so jealous. If I lived in the L.A. area, I think I would hang out at Koi every weekend until I run into MV. :P

ETA: I think MV is tall, but he's skinny so he looks smaller than he actually is. ;) I actually prefer guys to be lean and tall rather than those muscular guys.
 
:lol: I'm still trying to convince either my sisters or my friends to go to Koi for dinner. I haven't given up on that one. :P

ETA: Elise, is that guy Cheechoo (sp?) cute? I saw him make those goals yesterday. That's the thing with hockey, it's hard to tell if someone's cute with the helmet on.
 
MV must really love that place cause he goes there often. It's his "spot." :lol:

Is there any new Bradley news?? Sightings? What's he up to these days other than hanging out with his new gf? That is his new gf, right? :thinking: I don't know how I feel about that.

Chatty, I LOVE Jonathan Cheechoo!! So hot. :thud: He's one of the hottest hockey players out there. :lol: He's really good too. He has 4 hatricks this season. It's an added bonus to his hotness. :P 4 hatricks means a free ticket into my hottie heaven. :P
 
Yeah, I thought he might be but I wasn't sure. ;) That should definitely earn him a free pass. :P

The last thing I read about BC was a sighting in a NY cafe/restaurant with JE (yep, that's his gf) where someone heard them talking about costume fittings I think and how much hard work it was to do a Broadway play. :thinking: I want to go to NY to watch that one but I don't think I can. ;)

Yep, Mikey likes his sushi. :P If you want to see MV, go to Koi. He's bound to show up sometime. :lol: If I remember correctly, back in those days, there was a mention in one of the mags about MV and JG having dinner at Koi too. :smiley:
 
Maybe I should stop letting guys into my hottie heaven. :lol: Pretty soon it's gonna be overpopulated and really MV should be the only one in my hottie heaven. :P

Oh that's right, BC is in that Broadway show. So great he's getting work. (y) I don't know about the gf though. Don't think I'm warmed up to it. :lol:

Hey guys...I hope I'm not coming across as a dork anything. I'm not normally star-struck. I have met quite a few celebrities in person like Chris Martin, Leo Dicaprio, and Maroon 5 front man...but I never flipped out like my running in with Michael Vartan...

Anyway, for those who wants to know, I can't smell him but I bet he smells good. He-he. He was pretty casual, wearing blue slack pants, untuck blue dress shirt with a green tee shirt underneath.

I don't know what his friend was saying to him because that guy was like whispering the whole time, but all the while Michael was sort of biting/chewing on his pinky nail, and he laughed and covered his face with his hands, then kind of threw his head back and side way as he giggled and laughed some more. His smile looked almost exactly as the way he smiled in Monster In Law, very bright. He's not at all gloomy like in Alias.

I wish that with these MV sightings also comes with it a pic. But yeah, I think if I'd be the one to see him I probably wouldn't know what to do and just stare at him (not blinking at all :lol: )! and by the time I'd to take MV's pictures ^_^ he's gone already.

I suggest that Chatty prepares another paper with our names/FGAers so that just in case when that lucky day strikes again (like the MV at the Stars with Sticks thingy) and Chatty sees MV upclose and personal in any event or place :D let him signed it! ( :P and if Chatty's so very lucky... gets to thank MV with hugs and kisses :hug: :smooch: :D )...

Dude, this chick has met half of my hottie heaven. :lol: And those two, CM and MV are at the top of my hottie heaven. I want to meet both!! :P The infamous how does he smell question... I love it. Chatty, I think I asked you that quite a few times. :angelic:

Hmmm, yeah..... promo pics. I really need to get back in the Alias loop. I've watched 2/9 episodes this season. Not good. That is a failing grade. :lol: It's alright... if we're talking about MV episodes them I'm at 100%. :rolleyes:
