^^Honestly, I agree with you. I don't think that Sark's ever been more than infatuated with Syd (though he'd hook up with Syd in a heartbeat) and Syd definitely doesn't love Sark. However, Sarkney is a popular fantasy of many people, including me, because it would be a highly intriguing relationship.
