I believe she does use PS. For the effects, it looks like she just blended the pics, played around with some lighting effects with a top layer of blue (maybe soft light?) and then used a brush for the lines. Then the label-type text is just a font.

Of course, you may still want to get it straight from the source, but this will give the same effects.

hey, does anyone know an animation program that does .jpegs and not .gifs, because as you can tell, .gifs make the picture look too grainy/fuzzy. uch.

Jpeg files can't be animated, it's just not possible. You're stuck with gifs

check your photobucket and see if its working. and also try re-pasting the links
